Starting April 1, 2009, we will be offering online virtual acting coach sessions. Unlike traditional coaching, the majoring of your sessions will be held online via webcam, and video streams. The instructor will coach you on various aspects of acting, including but not limited to; monologues, scene study and cold reads. We offer the same services for youth as well (5 years old and above).

Meet the instructors.

Lamont A. Coleman In the words of his high school drama teacher Steven B. Harrington, “Lamont A. Coleman is a hometown legend!.” As an actor, Lamont has worked in Hollywood for ten years. He started by doing background to get SAG. He has worked on shows such as, “The Jamie Foxx Show”, “Living Single”, “Escape to LA”, “Riot”, “Wallace” and “B.A.P.S.”. On stage, Lamont has done numerous plays, each one of them earning raving reviews. Like Lamont said, “I have never received a bad review in acting”. As he works in Hollywood, he waits for his big big break, the 15 minutes of fame, which everyone gets, if they stay the course for about 15 to 20 years.

Rosemarie, a Howard University graduate, started working in films and plays on the east coast, but where she got her stride was working at COLSAC, in Hollywood. Rosemarie produced and directed plays as Executive Director at COLSAC. Rosemarie’s idea of acting is, “there is no acting”. You must come from a place inside yourself where the passion is so strong it felt through the silver screen, the small screen and through the audience’s body. When you are on stage. When you accomplish that, then you can call yourself an actor.

Pricing
Adults (age 18+): $35.00 per one hour session.
Youth (age 5-17): $30.00 per one hour session. 

**As a courtesy to those who register on our website, we will offer them a one time free free introductory session and a $30.00 per session rate for adults and $25.00 per session rate for youth (age 5-17) instead of the normal rates.
